The luxurious Amanoi resort in south-central Ninh Thuan province is offering a Full Moon Retreat from May 22 to 30 to help guests unlock their inner energy.

The retreat also helps guests learn how to keep balanced and healthy with “qi gong” and mindfulness practices and they can indulge in massages and treatments from Amanoi’s beautiful spa. The week will culminate in a full moon festival on the last evening. Guests are encouraged to use their learnings to create a healthy and stress-free routine when they return home.

The 8-night-7 day Retreat starts from $10,885 per guest and $15,370 per couple and includes accommodation in a Mountain Pavilion, full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, minibar and non-alcoholic beverages as prescribed for the program), private return airport transfers from and to Cam Ranh Airport, a daily qi gong group class (three hours with a 30-minute break).

Located on the dramatic coastline of Vinh Hy Bay, Amanoi is a contemporary beachside resort with 12 guest pavilions, 16 villas, two spa houses, and five residences surrounded by Nui Chua National Park and includes a lotus-covered lake with a yoga pavilion. Since its launch in 2013, it has perfectly encapsulated the essence of Aman, where peace, intimacy, privacy, and a sense of place take center stage.

The design of the Pavilions and Villas fuses contemporary elegance with traditional Vietnamese architectural styles. Views are either of Nui Chua National Park, the lake on the property, or Vinh Hy Bay and the East Sea. The Pavilions are identical in layout and design, and each offers a combined living and sleeping area as well as a timber sundeck with sun lounges. Features include a king-sized bed, a sofa, a writing desk, an LCD TV with international channels, a sound system, wireless internet, a mini-bar and an espresso machine.
