Savills Vietnam has been officially appointed as manager of the Thang Long Number One apartment complex at 1 Thang Long Ave, Hanoi.
The apartments are part of a stunning mixed-use development with office and retail areas.
Handover was completed in late 2014.
Savills Vietnam officially took charge of the residential area in January as the new property manager and has provided management and operation services at the complex, which contains over 1,000 apartments.
Together with commercial and retail areas the development has over 39,000 sq m in two 40-story buildings.
Thang Long Number One is set in a green landscape and supported by modern infrastructure and internal facilities. There are kindergartens, tennis courts, fitness centers, indoor and outdoor pools, a shopping mall, and an indoor park.
Ms. Vu Kieu Hanh, Head of Property Management at Savills Hanoi, said that unlike managing a property since handover, taking charge of an operating project poses its own unique challenges. “Our management process always starts with an in-depth review of current operational procedures, from which we make adjustments as required,” she explained. “All changes in procedures, rules, and personnel are to improve service quality and will be applied smoothly and in a timely manner. Our overarching goal is always to avoid any disruption whatsoever to residents.”
Savills has a great deal of refined experience in property management. “We are confident this early goal will be effectively achieved,” said Ms. Hanh. “We are very pleased to be appointed property manager of the beautiful Thang Long Number One apartment complex.”
Thang Long Number One is the latest project added to Savills more than 2.5 million sq m property management portfolio.
Recent additions include The Eden Rose, Hanoi Belleville, and The Emerald. Major developments include StarLake, Mandarin Garden, Richland Southern, BIDV Tower, and Capital Tower in Hanoi, and Saigon Pearl, The Vista, Avalon, Riviera Point, and Masteri Thao Dien in Ho Chi Minh City.
